RETURN POLICY

Product received in Damaged Condition/Manufacturing defect or Wrong ItemÂ
If on receipt of the package, it is noticed that the outer packaging of the product is damaged or tampered with, immediately confirm the quality/quantity of the product against the invoice before accepting the package. If any discrepancy is noticed, either refuse to accept the delivery or accept the delivery only after confirming the contents of the package. The customer should also lodge a complaint with the local office of the courier agency as well as send us a detailed mail (including photographs) of the issue at customercare@pulimoottilonline.com so that we can ensure that no such event occurs in the future. If the product received is found in a damaged condition or with a manufacturing defect or if a wrong product has been sent, kindly contact our customer care department atÂ

or send us a detailed mail (including photographs) of the product at customercare@pulimoottilsilksonlne.com, within 48 hours of receiving the product. Kindly retain all the packaging material, documents as well the product itself until receipt of instructions from Pulimoottilonline regarding the issue. If in case you have any other complaints, email Pulimoottilonline at customercare@pulimoottilonline.com within 48 hours of receiving the product.Â
DO NOT return any product before receiving confirmation from Pulimoottilonline regarding the same. If any product is returned without confirmation from our side we will not take responsibility for the product nor issue any replacement or money back. We will examine the product in light of the mail you sent for all claimed defects/mistakes of the goods. If we find on examination of the product that an error has occurred on the customer's side, then we will return the product to the customer, AT THE COST OF THE CUSTOMER. All return couriers should be made through reputed courier agencies and all cost regarding the same shall be borne by the customer (applicable for all countries outside India). It is the customer's responsibility to ensure safe delivery of the returned product by Pulimoottilonline. While returning the defective product, kindly mark the package as "DEFECTIVE PRODUCT." The product returned should be in the original condition and we DO NOT take back any product that is found to be used by the customer, or with any wear and tear occurring from its use. We will not take responsibility for any such product that is returned to Us.
OUR OBLIGATIONS
If on examination of the customer's email in light of the received product, we find that all complaints are genuine, then Pulimoottilonline shall replace the product at its own cost (including shipping to the customer). If in case the product is no longer available, we will refund the money to the customer excluding taxes, duties, bank charges and other processing overheads applicable to the customer. For this, the customer will be informed to send us the details of his/her account number and will be refunded within fifteen days of receipt of the returned product. Our customer care executive will contact the customer and guide him/her through the steps of the refund process.
PARTIAL REFUNDS
If in the case of a purchase having multiple items, it is found that one of the items is wrong/missing, we will supply the original product at our own cost; if that product is not available, then we will offer a partial refund, for that product only, if it is returned to Us within the specified time, and all the complaints are genuine.
PRODUCT DISCLAIMER
- The individual features of all the products and their specifications (weight, colour etc) as shown on our website are only fairly accurate values. While we at Pulimoottilonline attempt to ensure the accuracy of all the specifications of our products; there may however occur variations in colour of the actual product against that as shown on the website due to the nature of the dyes, lighting conditions and differences in display output due to colour settings and digital photography, as well as the capability of different monitors. The customer must keep in mind these factors while placing his/her order.
- Some Points to be noted while choosing a Product: 1. The most accurate colour of the product is mentioned in the detailed description of each item provided along with it and not necessarily the name or colour category to which it has been assigned.
- 2. All colours shall be subject to a change of plus or minus 10% as shown in the image.
- 3. Products which are embroidered with sequins, beads, mirrors may have a tendency to come off in spite of meticulous care.
- 4. The colours green and blue may sometimes overlap (that is green shade may appear blue in the image and vice versa). Same is the case with off white, white and cream colours.
- 5. The colours red, maroon and orange have a tendency to reflect a different colour than their original shade.
- 6. In some of the images, the blouse displayed may not be the one that comes with the saree. Nevertheless, we assure you that each saree comes with a blouse that suits it.
- 7. Every saree at Pulimoottil Silks comes with an unstitched attached blouse, but the customer has to get the blouse tailored by his/her own stylist/tailor.
- 8. Cancellations will be accepted only if the order has not been processed from our end. Refunds will be credited back to your respective account, used at the time of payment, in 10-12 working days.
